Only Philanthropy operates www.onlyphilanthropy.com, a platform that enables Users to purchase visual content for charitable fundraising purposes. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process personal data of users (“Users”, “Supporters”), individuals featured in content (“Participants”), and partners with whom we have business relationships.

2. What is Personal Data? “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. Deidentified, anonymized, or aggregated data is not considered Personal Data and is outside the scope of this Policy.

4. Applicability of This Policy (18+) Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Third-Party Links Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.

6. If You Decline to Provide Personal Data We may be unable to provide services or certain features if you do not provide requested Personal Data.

We do not collect or store biometric data. Any verification technology is administered by third-party providers.

When processing Personal Data related to Participants featured in Content, we take additional precautions to ensure image rights are respected, including watermarking and access restrictions. Participants may request removal of their likeness by contacting us directly.

14. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

15. Invisible Watermarking and Content Fingerprinting
To protect the rights of individuals featured in our content and to enforce our Terms of Service, Only Philanthropy applies invisible watermarking and digital fingerprinting to all distributed images. These identifiers may be unique to each user and transaction and are embedded for the purposes of intellectual property protection, misuse detection, and legal enforcement.

This watermarking does not affect image quality, does not collect additional personal data, and cannot be removed or disabled by the user. By accessing or saving content from Only Philanthropy, you acknowledge and consent to this protective measure.

16. Data Retention We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, including:

  • Fulfilling services and maintaining access;
  • Compliance with legal requirements (e.g. tax);
  • Preventing fraud and abuse;
  • Defending legal claims.

17. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures If you are a resident of California or other states with enhanced privacy laws:

  • We do not sell or share Personal Data for targeted advertising;
  • You may appeal denied privacy requests (see Section 15);
  • We do not process data of minors under 18.

18. Protection of Content and Image Rights All visual content accessed through Only Philanthropy is protected by copyright and owned by Only Philanthropy LLC. Users may save content for personal use only. Sharing, reposting, or altering content in any form, including removal of watermarks, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
